The Aiello Family | Sonoma County | Documentary Family Photography

A few months back I did a storytelling session with this amazing family. The little girl was such a sweet, easy going, curious, fun-loving kid, and it was a blast to follow her and her parents around with my camera.

I documented them as they spent the afternoon together at the home of the in-laws, where he grew up. They started off coloring inside and then made their way outside to enjoy the view from the porch. He had recently been accepted in the fire academy, a position he had wanted since he was little, so they spent a little time playing with an antique fire truck that he used to play with. After a while we moved to the back yard for a snack and some puzzle time. The little girl wanted to go check if the chickens had any eggs for her to collect, but unfortunately there wasn't any. We ended the session with some train building indoors to get a break from the heat.
